History
In 2011
In 2011, Mr. Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani and his brothers founded Amaar Real Estate in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, in particular in the beautiful city of Al Khobar, which has been known as an important investment destination since 1938.
Building on our success
Building on the success of Amaar Real Estate, it has acquired Tasawy in 2020. The company quickly rose through the ranks to become a trusted provider of infrastructure development services for many large-scale projects in the Kingdom.
The company’s client-centric approach enabled it to earn its reputation as a trusted partner on projects of all sizes and complexities.
Paving the way
Amaar Holding is proud of its distinguished and strong relationships with businessmen, highly trusted by investors in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries. This has led to the creation of alliances to seize large, distinctive opportunities that add value to society and the national economy.
Amaar’s huge project “Misk Tarut” is considered one of the largest real estate deals in the Saudi real estate market, as its value exceeded 4.2 billion Saudi riyals, with an area of more than 5 million square meters. This project constitutes 20% of the total area of Tarut Island on the banks of the Arabian Gulf.
In the present day, Amaar is characterized by an accumulative portfolio that exceeds more than 140 million square meters of developed lands with a value of more than 40 billion SAR.
Amaar Holding today
Amaar Holding Company was then established in 2021 to be an umbrella for the existing companies and to diversify future investments to include other sectors.
