His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Prince of the Eastern Province, honored the chairman of Amaar Holding, Mr. Abdulhadi Al Qahtani for his continuous support to the national committee for the care of prisoners, released persons, and their families (Tarahum).

Mr. Abdulhadi was honored during the annual ceremony of the Tarahum committee of the Eastern Province, which was held on Tuesday, March 21, and was attended by several prominent businessmen and private sector companies.

Mr. Abdulhadi expressed his happiness for the generous gesture from his Highness, the Prince of the Eastern Province, pointing out that the non-profit sector today represents one of the main pillars of the kingdom’s vision for 2030, and is receiving great attention from the rulers, may Allah preserve them, to promote sustainable growth at all levels. He also pointed out that this requires joint efforts and a strategic partnership between the private and public sectors to support the non-profit sector in order to contribute to the service of people and the country.

Alsseef and Amaar Real Estate companies have put up the developed lands of the Misk Tarout project in the city of Tarout in Al-Qatif for public auction at the Sheraton Hotel hall in Dammam.

Falah Al Qahtani, the CEO of Amaar Real Estate, explained that this strategic and vital project, with a total area of approximately 1.2 million square meters, will form an important tributary for the growing urban development in the Al-Qatif Governorate, given its historical significance dating back more than 5,000 years.

Al Qahtani pointed out that the Misk Tarout plan will offer multiple spaces and options to meet the new requirements for quality living and business growth. The residential plots in the plan start from 500 square meters, which can be subdivided to align with the current and future needs of the plan’s residents.

Misk Tarout plan enjoys unique and diverse investment and commercial features, as it is surrounded by a commercial belt dedicated to multi-story buildings with various uses, such as exhibitions, offices, ownership apartments, and other commercial activities to serve the population density and the expected active commercial movement in the plan, thus becoming fertile ground for investors and entrepreneurs.

It should be noted that Alsseef Real Estate, the owner of the project, is the fruit of a strategic alliance between the Al-Rushaid Investment Group, which has been well-established both locally and regionally since 1978, and Amaar Holding, one of the largest investment companies in the real estate sector in the Kingdom.

The company launched its inception by securing the largest acquisition of a real estate project in terms of market value in the Kingdom.

Amaar Real Estate, the marketer for the project, also has a distinguished track record of significant achievements throughout its extended journey in the fields of development, investment, and real estate marketing.

Amaar Holding hosted its first annual ceremony at the Le Meridien Hotel in the city of Khobar under the banner of “Connections22,” attended by members of the Board of Directors and all employees of the subsidiary companies.

The ceremony was held to celebrate the significant achievements that Amaar’s companies have realized over the past year and to showcase the future plans the company aims to implement, focusing on its exceptional human capital.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Abdulhadi Al Qahtani, pointed out that the company is moving steadily towards achieving a sustainable strategy that will, God willing, enable it to enter new and diverse sectors and markets. He expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the tremendous efforts exerted by all employees in achieving significant accomplishments and clear growth.

At the end of the ceremony, a number of outstanding employees were honored, as well as those who have completed five or more consecutive years with the company.

His Highness Prince Mansour bin Mohammed Al Saud, Governor of Hafar Al Batin, honored Mr. Abdulhadi F. Al Qahtani, Chairman of the Board of Amaar Holding, for his generous and sustained support for the projects and programs of the Tarouf Association for the Care of Orphans.
