Mr. Abdulhadi Fahad Al Qahtani is considered one of the influential figures in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a distinguished career spanning more than twenty years.
He holds numerous professional and academic qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree obtained in 2001 in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in the same field from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2012. Recently, in 2020, he earned a Leadership Program Certificate in Finance from Harvard Business School, and in 2022, he received the Digital Transformation Certificate from the International Business School in Berlin.

Before founding Amaar Real Estate, which specializes in selling and marketing lands, in 2011, he was the Executive Vice President of Baytak Real Estate Company, affiliated with Kuwait Finance House. There, he managed a real estate portfolio worth over 6 billion Saudi Riyals. Due to his leadership experience, he successfully contributed to developing various strategic real estate projects with a cumulative value exceeding 40 billion Saudi Riyals, including commercial, residential, industrial, and multiple-use lands with a total area exceeding 140 square meters.
