Public Auction Announced for Misk Tarout Project

Alsseef and Amaar Real Estate companies have put up the developed lands of the Misk Tarout project in the city of Tarout in Al-Qatif for public auction at the Sheraton Hotel hall in Dammam.

Falah Al Qahtani, the CEO of Amaar Real Estate, explained that this strategic and vital project, with a total area of approximately 1.2 million square meters, will form an important tributary for the growing urban development in the Al-Qatif Governorate, given its historical significance dating back more than 5,000 years.

Al Qahtani pointed out that the Misk Tarout plan will offer multiple spaces and options to meet the new requirements for quality living and business growth. The residential plots in the plan start from 500 square meters, which can be subdivided to align with the current and future needs of the plan’s residents.

Misk Tarout plan enjoys unique and diverse investment and commercial features, as it is surrounded by a commercial belt dedicated to multi-story buildings with various uses, such as exhibitions, offices, ownership apartments, and other commercial activities to serve the population density and the expected active commercial movement in the plan, thus becoming fertile ground for investors and entrepreneurs.

It should be noted that Alsseef Real Estate, the owner of the project, is the fruit of a strategic alliance between the Al-Rushaid Investment Group, which has been well-established both locally and regionally since 1978, and Amaar Holding, one of the largest investment companies in the real estate sector in the Kingdom.

The company launched its inception by securing the largest acquisition of a real estate project in terms of market value in the Kingdom.

Amaar Real Estate, the marketer for the project, also has a distinguished track record of significant achievements throughout its extended journey in the fields of development, investment, and real estate marketing.
